BT Business Mobile online account management portal
As of the 30th November 2015 the BT Business Mobile online account management (OAM) portal will no longer be available. You will still be able to access the same applications and mobile information currently provided by the OAM portal, just in a different way.
Applications currently available on the OAM portal such as FAQs and ‘contact us’ are already provided at http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/ which includes a useful web chat link. For barring and unbarring connections you should contact our customer service team on 0800 678 1030 (small and medium enterprises) and on 0800 085 8754 (corporate customers).
You can access other information and analysis tools that the OAM portal offers such as viewing bills, analysing charges and paying bills online by signing up to online billing. If you’re not already signed up to online billing you can sign up today by registering for ‘My BT Business Account’ at www.bt.com/billing
